Description
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional experience to clients while promoting Etisalat’s tailored plans for businesses, institutions, government sectors, and Emirati customers. Your role blends customer care, proactive sales, and operational support to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Promotion- Promote and sell Etisalat plans customized for diverse customer segments.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
- Take the initiative to engage customers and respond swiftly to inquiries.
- Follow established communication guidelines and internal policies.
- Actively listen to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Report customer interaction trends to the team leader for strategic improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, feedback, and issues.
- Offer suggestions to enhance service delivery based on client interactions.
- Acquire deep knowledge of Etisalat’s products and offerings.
- Track and document client queries, comments, and complaints.
- Contribute feedback to optimize service processes and procedures.
📋 Requirements
Experience- Minimum 1 year in a call center, customer care, or front desk role.
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Professional certification in customer service is advantageous.
