About the Client:
The hiring company is a start- up Ecommerce platform based in Dubai, carrying their own unique brand catering to High Street type of fashion wear.

Job Role:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manager at all times through various channels i.e. emails, phone, website
Keep updated knowledge about existing as well as new products so that no queries/complaints remain unresolved
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and ensure customer satisfaction
Ask customers for feedback on products and services to understand the major concerns and areas for improvement
Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and coordinate with the Warehouse Team and Merchandiser for complete satisfaction process with the customers
