Traffic Marshal

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Traffic Marshal to oversee the smooth entry and exit of vehicles in the mall premises, enforce traffic control procedures, and maintain a secure, organized parking environment. This role requires active patrolling, incident reporting, and assisting customers with parking systems, all while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Traffic Control & Customer Assistance

• Manage gate operations for vehicle entry and exit
• Assist customers in issuing parking tickets and processing payment
• Ensure uninterrupted traffic flow and guide vehicles to available parking spots
• Operate and monitor parking-related security systems

Security & Patrolling

• Patrol indoor and outdoor car park zones on foot to identify hazards, suspicious activities, or safety concerns
• Control and monitor entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles
• Report unattended belongings, accidents, and other incidents to the Traffic Control Center / Security Room
• Safeguard the premises and property against unauthorized access or activity

Reporting & Coordination

• Submit accurate daily reports to Supervisor or Team Leader as per protocol
• Document and escalate customer complaints, HSE issues, or operational anomalies
• Ensure strict adherence to all organizational policies and procedures
• Follow safety and environmental regulations at all times

📋 Selection Criteria

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years verified work experience, including at least 1 year as a Traffic Marshal within the UAE
• Previous experience in car park operations or traffic management is essential

Education

• Valid education certificate

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of traffic flow and parking operations
• Good communication skills (English – verbal and written)
• Proactive problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Committed and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and high-paced environments
