Online QC ACP

The Online QC role monitors product quality on the production line and helps prevent defects from moving through the process. For coated or CCL-related work, duties may include checking surface or coating problems, assessing incoming materials, investigating recurring defects and coordinating corrective action. Accurate records protect consistency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect output during production and identify coating, surface or process-related defects.
• Check incoming raw materials where assigned and raise concerns before material is used.
• Document defects and coordinate root-cause investigations with production and technical colleagues.
• Support customer-complaint investigations, sample preparation and follow-up actions where required.
• Guide less-experienced colleagues on defect recognition and help reduce scrap, rework and repeat issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

Relevant quality-control or manufacturing experience is valuable, particularly in coated products or continuous production lines. Strong observation, disciplined reporting and clear communication with production colleagues are important. Senior positions may include mentoring.

Work Approach
