Job Overview

Manage a portfolio of banking customers through virtual channels, delivering sales, service and relationship-management outcomes while identifying cross-sell opportunities and maintaining regulatory controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and service targets within approved risk standards.
• Review assigned portfolios to identify acquisition, sales and cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
• Resolve customer queries within defined TAT and maintain accurate service records.
• Complete activities accurately and follow approved processes and staff conduct requirements.
• Ensure due diligence, AML controls and correct booking of business.
• Provide specialist product information and support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain portfolio activity and prevent delays or complaints through proactive engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of banking or financial-services experience, preferably in relationship management.
• Strong oral and written communication, sales and relationship-management skills.
• Good knowledge of banking processes and customer-service standards.
