Value Proposition Manager – Emirati Segment (UAE Nationals Only)

The Value Proposition Manager for the Emirati Segment is responsible for developing customer propositions and initiatives designed for UAE National customers across segments. The role combines banking knowledge, data analysis, campaign execution, project management and customer-experience improvement. The position serves as a central point of contact for proposition projects, works with product and segment leaders, develops performance dashboards and coordinates delivery across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and business information to develop tailored propositions for UAE National customers.
• Design and execute end-to-end segment campaigns in line with agreed objectives and timelines.
• Develop dashboards and regular performance updates to support management visibility.
• Work with segment heads and product teams to create and refine propositions.
• Contribute to customer-experience projects and relevant working committees.
• Act as a single point of contact for Emirati proposition initiatives and projects.
• Identify partnerships that can strengthen customer propositions and acquisition opportunities.
• Oversee campaign delivery and customer-journey enhancements against agreed timelines.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage team deliverables to meet department objectives.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience across banking, propositions, project management and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business.
• Project Management certification.
• Knowledge of retail banking products.
• Strong analytical, project coordination and stakeholder-management capabilities.
