Store Manager – GAP, Dubai Outlet Mall

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Store Manager - GAP, Dubai Outlet Mall in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full time opportunity is part of the Group's luxury retail, beauty, fashion, e-commerce, corporate or technology operations. The position offers candidates the opportunity to contribute to a customer-focused business with regional operations across the Middle East.

The Store Manager leads day-to-day retail operations, sales performance and customer experience for the GAP store at Dubai Outlet Mall. Responsibilities include team leadership, target achievement, stock management, merchandising, staffing, coaching, store standards, operational compliance and analysis of KPIs to improve commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the responsibilities and performance objectives associated with the position.
• Work collaboratively with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to keep activities on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, systems and documentation required for effective operations.
