Senior Vice President & Head – Facilities Management, Corporate Services & Workplace Experience

Job Overview

Lead enterprise-wide facilities, engineering, workplace experience and corporate services operations across RAKBANK’s property portfolio, with responsibility for critical infrastructure, service quality, resilience, modernization and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and engineering operations across offices, branches, critical facilities and other sites.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, MEP, fire and life-safety systems, BMS, UPS, generators and other critical infrastructure.
• Manage asset lifecycle, preventive and predictive maintenance, operational resilience and engineering standards.
• Govern outsourced facilities-management providers, service contracts, KPIs, SLAs, procurement and vendor performance.
• Shape workplace experience standards covering hospitality, employee services, utilization, transportation, fleet and workplace support.
• Drive CAFM/IWMS, smart-building, IoT, predictive-maintenance and automation initiatives.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, identify cost optimization opportunities and maintain governance controls.
• Coordinate permits, licences, statutory requirements, audits and health-and-safety compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required; postgraduate study in facilities management, engineering, real estate or business is preferred.
• 18–20 years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering operations, corporate real estate, workplace experience or corporate services.
• At least 10 years leading enterprise-wide facilities/workplace operations in large multi-site environments.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, data centres, outsourced service providers and complex contracts.
• Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS, smart buildings, predictive maintenance and critical MEP infrastructure.
