Senior Supervisor -Assets Governance & Performance | UAE Nationals Only

Job Overview

Carry out and coordinate asset-governance routines covering inspection, valuation, returns and lifecycle control. The supervisor helps ensure assets are accurately registered, properly evaluated and transferred, replaced or scrapped under approved procedures. The position follows observations through to closure and works with departments and external entities to protect data integrity, maintain compliance and maximise asset performance.

The work requires coordination across departments, delivery partners and technical specialists. Strong governance, accurate records and timely escalation are important because decisions can affect public infrastructure, service reliability and long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement lifecycle-control procedures for asset acquisition, transfer, replacement, return and scrapping.
• Coordinate land and asset valuation with internal units and external organisations and ensure system records are updated.
• Plan field inspections and selective inventory checks with concerned departments.
• Record findings, assign follow-up actions and monitor closure of identified issues.
• Compile technical evaluations and periodic recommendations to improve asset utilisation and governance.
• Support accurate asset registers and reporting so that management can make informed decisions.

Requirements
