Senior Production Manager

Almarai is hiring for the position of Senior Production Manager in King Abdullah Economic City / Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time opportunity for a senior-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. The role requires dependable execution, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end seafood production operations across assigned manufacturing activities.
• Plan labour, equipment, resources and production priorities to meet business requirements.
• Monitor output, yield, waste, productivity, quality and cost performance.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, quality, procurement and logistics functions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, health and safety requirements.
• Develop production teams through coaching, performance management and structured training.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain operational reporting and support capacity, process and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior production leadership experience, preferably seafood or food manufacturing; strong end-to-end production management, quality, cost, safety and people leadership skills.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
