Senior Chief Engineer – Transportation Foresight & Planning

We are seeking experienced professionals to apply for the role of Senior Chief Engineer - Transportation Foresight & Planning. This position plays a key part in shaping Dubai’s future mobility by developing and updating strategic transportation plans, prioritizing and budgeting major projects, and conducting specialized studies and international benchmarking.

You will monitor system performance, recommend sustainable improvements, coordinate with government stakeholders, and support long-term transportation foresight initiatives. The role also involves reviewing external studies, preparing technical reports, and ensuring alignment with RTA’s strategic objectives and information security standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Planning or Civil Engineering, with 11+ years of experience in transportation planning, studies, and project evaluation. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.
