Senior Analyst- Finance

Job Overview

Support regulatory and financial reporting for RAKBANK and relevant subsidiaries, combining reporting accuracy, reconciliation, analytics and automation to strengthen finance governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual regulatory returns for CBUAE.
• Support regulatory reporting for subsidiaries and related entities.
• Validate financial and MIS reports received from Finance stakeholders.
• Provide management with financial analysis, reporting and ad-hoc insights.
• Coordinate with Finance, regulators and Technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Improve reporting through automation, data extraction and validation using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Support e-Governance submissions, reporting controls and governance activities.
• Maintain strong documentation, reconciliation and deadline management.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting or Financial Analysis.
• Understanding of banking regulation, accounting, financial reporting and compliance.
• CBUAE, Basel III, IFRS, DFSA and insurance-regulatory knowledge is advantageous.
