Roles in Food and Beverage

The Food and Beverage team creates positive dining experiences by welcoming guests, supporting restaurant service and maintaining high standards from arrival to farewell. Team members are expected to combine genuine hospitality with efficient service, clear communication and close coordination with colleagues so that guests receive a consistent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and help deliver a smooth dining experience from the first interaction through farewell.
• Carry out assigned food and beverage service duties according to operating procedures and brand standards.
• Communicate proactively with kitchen, service and front-of-house colleagues to support accurate and timely service.
• Listen to guest feedback, flag concerns early and contribute to suitable service recovery when needed.
• Maintain sound knowledge of menus and offerings so that guests receive helpful and accurate information.
• Work collaboratively during busy periods, prioritising guest needs while helping the team maintain service flow.
• Follow food hygiene, safety, cleanliness and workplace procedures throughout each shift.

Requirements and Skills

• A friendly service personality, emotional awareness and a customer-first approach.
• At least two years of Food and Beverage experience in a five-star hospitality environment.
• A high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Good spoken communication, teamwork and the ability to remain attentive during busy service periods.
• Flexibility, professional presentation and a willingness to learn service standards and menu details.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Hotel Management or related college degree preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate the role-related skills listed above and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.

This is a full-time opportunity with Emaar Hospitality Group. The listed location is Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Daily priorities will depend on operational requirements, team coordination and the standards relevant to the role.
