Restaurant Manager -Burger Concept

Kitopi is recruiting a customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations for a burger-focused restaurant concept in Dubai. The manager is responsible for smooth service, consistent food quality, team performance and the outlet's commercial results. The role requires a visible leader who can guide employees through busy periods, maintain brand standards and use operational information to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service runs efficiently from opening through closing.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to meet service, productivity and guest-experience expectations.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
• Monitor sales, operating costs, food wastage and overall profitability, taking action when results fall short.
• Increase sales through team coaching, guest engagement, promotions and appropriate upselling.
• Plan staffing and schedules, monitor attendance and performance, and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Run team briefings and arrange ongoing training and development.
• Respond to guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Track stock and inventory with relevant teams, maintain equipment and support a safe, orderly restaurant.
• Prepare and review reports covering sales, labour and inventory performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen, central operations and supply-chain colleagues to avoid service interruptions.
• Apply standard operating procedures and carry out regular inspections and corrective actions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience in restaurant, café or hospitality operations, including substantial managerial experience.
• Experience with burger restaurants or quick-service restaurant concepts is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, planning and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial.
