- Review design submissions, construction methods, contractor mobilisation and progress against agreed milestones.
- Monitor budgets, resources, risks, deliverables and schedule performance, recommending recovery actions where needed.
- Coordinate sustainability, environmental protection, construction safety, resilience and quality requirements across work packages.
- Review value-management proposals and work with contractors, consultants and partner agencies to resolve delivery issues.
Requirements
- Applicants should have substantial experience managing large infrastructure programmes or complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of metro or rail systems, civil works, utilities and programme governance is important.
- The role requires executive-level reporting, commercial awareness and coordination across multiple delivery partners.
- Candidates should be able to manage risk, quality, budgets and schedule pressures at portfolio level.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree in engineering, construction, transport or project management is appropriate.
- Professional project or programme management credentials may be beneficial.
- Experience across design, construction and commissioning phases of major infrastructure is an advantage.
