People Partner Trainee – Emiratisation

The People Partner Trainee - Emiratisation role partners with leaders and colleagues to support a consistent, engaging employee experience at Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It provides practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle while helping teams build capability, strengthen engagement and deliver business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support managers with people planning, performance, development, engagement and employee relations activity.
• Coordinate HR processes and provide clear, timely guidance that is aligned with policy and business needs.
• Use people data, feedback and business context to identify themes, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with retail, corporate and specialist teams on change, communication and capability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, follow up actions and contribute to an inclusive culture and positive employee experience. Additional focus includes contribute to coordination between talent acquisition, people partners and line managers throughout recruitment activities; attend selected interviews and recruitment discussions to build your understanding of the hiring process; contribute to new joiners throughout their onboarding journey and follow up on required activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience or study in human resources, people partnering, business administration or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, organisation, confidentiality, stakeholder management and interest in developing people.
