Description
Purpose of the Job
To maximize sales by taking new orders and to reach out to potential customers to surplus the business.
Job Accountabilities
- Prepare daily call report for submission to the parts manager.
- Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets.
- Implement the unique prospective to reaching out new potential clients for increasing the sales.
- Oversees coordination of sales team paperwork, collates information on weekly basis for submission to the parts manager.
- Prepare quotation for the clients and submit the invoices to the accounts department.
- Understands the major market trends.
- Maintain the CRM database of the company.
- Coordinate with warehouse and customer on progress of orders and deliveries.
- Monitor stocks level for re-ordering.
- Handle customer quires and concern.
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.
Qualifications & Education
Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 3years of experience in the similar within the spare parts.
Knowledge & Skills
Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
Strong marketing skills, Computer knowledge.
UAE - Driving license.
