Operations Manager-Aviation Partner Solutions

Transguard Group is seeking an Operations Manager for Aviation Partner Solutions in Dubai. The role oversees day-to-day service delivery for aviation-related partner solutions and coordinates people, processes and customer expectations. It requires operational leadership, rapid issue resolution and the ability to maintain consistent standards while working with partner contacts and internal support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily operational delivery across the assigned aviation partner services and ensure coverage matches agreed requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, resources and service priorities with frontline teams and supporting departments.
• Maintain effective working relationships with partners and respond promptly to service questions, incidents or operational changes.
• Monitor performance against agreed service standards and report on key issues, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure operational procedures, documentation and escalation routes are followed and that corrective actions are tracked.
• Support team development and reinforce safety, professionalism and customer-focused service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring management experience in aviation services, operations, logistics or another time-sensitive service environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to coordinate people and resources while maintaining strong partner relationships.
• Be organised, calm under pressure and confident using performance information to make decisions.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
