Marketing and Communications Manager (Tawam Hospital)

Lead coordinated marketing and communications activities that strengthen awareness of hospital services and support clear, consistent communication with patients, staff, and stakeholders. This full-time opportunity is based in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, and involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver reliable, professional service in line with organizational policies and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and communications plans aligned with service priorities and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate campaigns, digital content, publications, announcements, and promotional materials across relevant channels.
• Work with clinical teams and leadership to verify information, approvals, and messaging before publication.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments, media contacts, vendors, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, manage schedules and budgets, and recommend improvements based on results.
