Manager – Enterprise Architecture | UAE Nationals Only

Job Overview

Lead enterprise-architecture direction so that business strategy, processes, information, applications and technology capabilities remain aligned. The manager helps establish architecture principles and roadmaps, reviews proposed changes and supports consistent design decisions across the organisation. The position works with business leaders and technology teams to reduce duplication, manage complexity and guide sustainable digital transformation.

The work requires coordination across departments, delivery partners and technical specialists. Strong governance, accurate records and timely escalation are important because decisions can affect public infrastructure, service reliability and long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-architecture principles, standards, roadmaps and governance procedures.
• Map business capabilities, processes, information flows, applications and technology dependencies.
• Review proposed systems and initiatives to assess fit with target architecture and strategic priorities.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to resolve design issues and manage exceptions.
• Identify duplication, integration gaps and opportunities to simplify platforms or improve service delivery.
• Report architecture risks, progress and key decisions to leadership and support implementation of agreed roadmaps.

Requirements
