Manager – Data Products

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Manager - Data Products in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full time opportunity is part of the Group's luxury retail, beauty, fashion, e-commerce, corporate or technology operations. The position offers candidates the opportunity to contribute to a customer-focused business with regional operations across the Middle East.

The role leads or manages data-product initiatives that turn business needs and data capabilities into usable products. Responsibilities include product discovery, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, requirements, analytics, data governance, delivery coordination and adoption measurement. The position works closely with technology, analytics and business teams to create reliable and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the responsibilities and performance objectives associated with the position.
• Work collaboratively with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to keep activities on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, systems and documentation required for effective operations.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and support practical improvements where required.
