Description
Job Purpose
- Manage the team responsible for marketing all TCM products and services to CIBG clients.
- Deliver agreed TCM customer flow sales and revenue targets through identifying and cultivating TCM cross sell opportunities within CIBG Divisions and Geographies.
- Coordinate with CIBG relationship teams and TCM trading teams to provide high quality distribution service to targeted clients
Key Result Areas
- Primary responsibility for strategizing and executing TCM products customer flow game plan across CIBG.
- Identifying/exploring TCM opportunities in the CIBG franchise through the account planning process in coordination with Relationship Teams
- Delivering on agreed customer flow revenue targets across all TCM products
- Ensure adequate TCM coverage for all clients via a pre-planned calling program to market TCM products and services in line with the “Agile” structural sales process.
- Acquire a major share of clients’ Treasury Wallets by coordinating with TCM trading teams and CIBG relationship teams to deliver cross-asset TCM solutions seamlessly
- Build strong relationships with client relationship teams in CIBG and conduct periodic sales review meetings with them to monitor progress and increase business
- Satisfactory Audit rating for the TCM Sales Team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Graduate Degree.
- 12+ years of Treasury and Capital Markets experience with advanced product capability across TCM products and execution capability in at least one asset class
High levels of interpersonal skills, communication, lateral thinking and analytical skills with the ability to perform as a team player as well as a manager
- Ability to build strong and effective long-lasting business relationships quickly
