Job Overview

Al Majid Group is recruiting for the Follow-up & Reporting Officer Fit-out position in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the group’s fit-out, joinery, construction or technical operations and is suited to a professional with relevant industry experience. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate effectively with internal teams, project stakeholders, suppliers and site personnel while maintaining quality, safety, programme and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project activities, deliverables, approvals and outstanding actions.
• Collect progress information from project, site, procurement and factory teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain trackers for drawings, materials, production, delivery and installation.
• Highlight delays, risks, dependencies and overdue actions to management.
• Coordinate follow-ups with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting dashboards.
• Support management meetings with updated status information and action logs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination, reporting or fit-out operations.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data-management skills.
• Excellent follow-up, communication and organizational abilities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be organized, technically capable and comfortable working in a project-driven environment. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards. UAE or GCC construction experience may be advantageous depending on the role.
