E-commerce Manager or Online Merchandiser (6 Month Contract)

MMI is seeking an e-commerce professional for a minimum six-month contract within its Digital and Customer Experience team in Dubai. The position supports online trading across several web and app channels, ensuring products are available, presented accurately and priced correctly. It blends day-to-day merchandising with campaign setup, customer-experience improvements and testing of digital features.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep product listings current across online channels, checking imagery, descriptions, prices, availability and presentation.
• Set up and test promotional pricing in line with the trading calendar and report on campaign performance.
• Build or update landing pages, banners and campaign pages and improve search, navigation and onsite merchandising.
• Monitor product availability and customer feedback, coordinating with relevant teams to address issues quickly.
• Support user acceptance testing for new features and releases alongside the e-commerce product team.
• Review channel performance and identify practical improvements in conversion, product discovery and online trading quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring hands-on e-commerce, online merchandising or digital retail experience suitable for a manager or specialist level.
• Understand product information, promotional setup, onsite content and the importance of accurate pricing and stock availability.
• Be organised, digitally confident and comfortable coordinating multiple channels and deadlines.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
