Customer Care Consultant – Emiratization

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Customer Care Consultant - Emiratization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full time opportunity is part of the Group's luxury retail, beauty, fashion, e-commerce, corporate or technology operations. The position offers candidates the opportunity to contribute to a customer-focused business with regional operations across the Middle East.

The role handles complex and escalated customer cases requiring investigation, cross-functional coordination and sound judgment. Responsibilities include resolving sensitive complaints, working with e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, finance, retail, brand and product teams, supporting business continuity, identifying recurring issues, documenting SOPs, monitoring service-level performance and maintaining accurate case records in Salesforce Service Cloud.
