The Captain - Sea Fu role offers an opportunity to join Four Seasons in Dubai and contribute to a luxury hospitality operation. The position is focused on delivering consistent service, supporting daily operations and maintaining the high standards expected across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the core duties associated with the Captain - Sea Fu position and assigned outlet or department.
- Maintain service, quality, safety and presentation standards throughout daily operations.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to support efficient service delivery.
- Respond professionally to guest, operational and team requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, organized work areas and compliance with company procedures.
- Support additional projects and operational priorities as directed by management.
Requirements
- Relevant experience for the Captain - Sea Fu position is preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Professional presentation and a guest-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work hospitality shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
