Assistant Server – Jou Jou

The Assistant Server - Jou Jou position supports the service team in a Four Seasons Dubai outlet by ensuring efficient table preparation, food and beverage delivery and prompt guest support. The role is hands-on and requires teamwork, attention to presentation and a courteous service style.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages and clearing tables efficiently.
• Set and reset tables, polish serviceware and keep dining areas organized.
• Restock supplies and support smooth service during busy periods.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to the server team.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and outlet presentation throughout the shift.
• Work closely with kitchen and service colleagues to support a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• One to two years of Food & Beverage experience is preferred for the Pool & Beach role.
• English communication skills; Russian and English proficiency is required for the Russian Speaker position.
• Positive, outgoing attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility for six-day hospitality schedules and peak service periods.
