Business Operations Manager – Radiology (Al Dhafra)

Oversee operational coordination for radiology services, supporting safe, timely, patient-focused service delivery and effective use of people, equipment, and resources. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service operations, staffing arrangements, schedules, patient flow, and administrative processes.
• Monitor operational indicators, service volumes, turnaround times, patient experience, and resource utilization.
• Work with radiologists, technologists, nursing teams, and support departments to resolve workflow issues.
• Support compliance with clinical governance, safety requirements, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, identify service gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and contribute to planning and budgeting.
