Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and execution-focused individual to lead brand activations, on-ground marketing executions, vendor management, and production workflows across multiple Noon brands (Minutes, Food, Grocery, etc.). This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong ownership, operational maturity, and the ability to independently drive multiple projects simultaneously — from concept to live execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and execute ATL & BTL activation campaigns end-to-end.
• Set up, supervise, and maintain brand kiosks / sampling booths across malls, events, exhibitions, and residential areas.
• Manage event sponsorship deliverables, branding, and experience walkthroughs.
• Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors across UAE, India, and China for kiosks, merchandise, and promotional items.
• Lead negotiation on costing, timelines, and quality control.
• Manage multiple overlapping projects, ensuring timelines and quality are met.
• Oversee internal vehicle branding operations for vans, bikes, etc.
• Manage all procurement paperwork, including POs, GRNs, and vendor follow-ups.
• Execute BTL marketing requirements across brands: flyers, standees, uniforms, giveaways, and POSM materials.
• Plan and execute local-area marketing and ensure last-mile implementation.
Key Skills & Requirements
• 3–6 years’ experience in brand activations, vendor management, procurement, or fabrication.
• Strong negotiation and vendor evaluation skills.
• Understanding of materials, fabrication, printing, signage & event build-outs.
• Ability to manage 10+ projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and follow-through discipline.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Drive, and project tracking tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
