Branch Sales Officer

Job Overview

Drive branch-based retail sales and service, with a focus on personal-loan acquisition, customer relationships and compliant execution of sales and branch activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal loans and other approved banking products to achieve targets.
• Execute branch sales and service activities accurately and within defined TAT.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear product information.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day branch operations and maintain service standards.
• Follow branch governance, operating procedures, risk and compliance requirements.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues through approved channels.
• Participate in approved campaigns, business-continuity activities and training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow pricing, product and promotional guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Banking, client relationship or customer-service experience is beneficial.
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork, communication and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in banking systems and processes and a target-oriented mindset.
