Barista – Penrose

The Barista at Penrose supports a high-quality beverage operation in Four Seasons Dubai. The role focuses on coffee preparation, consistent beverage presentation, guest interaction, workstation organization and compliance with hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to outlet recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistent taste, temperature, presentation and service speed.
• Welcome guests, take orders and provide knowledgeable assistance with beverage selections.
• Keep the coffee station, equipment, utensils and service areas clean and organized.
• Monitor supplies and support stock replenishment and waste control.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene and outlet operating procedures throughout service.

Requirements

• Previous barista or beverage-service experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
