Associate Vice President – Treasury Sales

Job Overview

Drive Treasury revenue and client engagement across foreign exchange, derivatives, gold, structured deposits and other Treasury products, focusing on Business Banking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and turnover across approved Treasury products.
• Identify Treasury opportunities within Business Banking portfolios.
• Market FX, derivatives, gold, structured deposits and related solutions to new and existing clients.
• Achieve revenue, profitability and client-engagement objectives.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable Treasury solutions.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Treasury, Risk, Compliance and Product teams.
• Prepare proposals, pricing discussions and client presentations where required.
• Monitor market developments and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
• Ensure transactions comply with bank policies, suitability requirements and regulatory controls.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in Treasury Sales, FX, derivatives, corporate banking or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products and client solution-selling.
• Proven sales and relationship-management ability with business clients.
• Strong market awareness, analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field preferred.
