Advisor – Health and Safety

Transguard Group is hiring an Advisor – Health and Safety in Dubai to support HSE compliance, documentation, audits, incident investigation, and safety performance across operations. The role prepares HSE documentation for new sites, supports internal and external audits, maintains records, investigates incidents and non-compliance events, and identifies trends that require corrective action. The position also promotes practical safety awareness and helps ensure compliance with UAE requirements and recognized management-system standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HSE documentation for new sites before mobilization and keep documents updated.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external and client audits when required.
• Maintain HSE data, records, training documentation, investigation reports, and related files.
• Investigate incidents and non-compliance events, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
• Review lagging indicators and identify trends requiring additional investigation or improvement.
• Support implementation of HSE policies, procedures, ISO standards, and client requirements.
• Promote safe working practices and contribute to a collaborative HSE culture.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings clearly to operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar HSE field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, HSE, or an equivalent qualification.
• Recognized HSE qualification such as NEBOSH IGC or NVQ.
• Lead/internal auditor qualification for ISO 45001/14001 is required or advantageous according to role criteria.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE legislation, municipality guidelines, OSHAD or applicable emirate regulations.
• Valid UAE driving licence, strong MS Office and report-writing skills, and good communication ability.
