Admission Officer

Job Overview SYLLABASE Learning is seeking a motivated Admission Officer for its Al Qusais, Dubai team. The role supports prospective students and parents throughout the enquiry and enrolment journey. It combines customer service, student counselling, follow-up, demo-class coordination, and record management. The successful candidate will help ensure enquiries receive timely responses and that admission activities are handled professionally and accurately.Key Responsibilities • Respond to prospective student and parent enquiries in a helpful, professional manner. • Follow up on leads and coordinate demo classes. • Provide student counselling and assist with admissions and enrolment activities. • Maintain accurate admission records and support daily administrative work. • Prepare and submit daily admission and operational reports. • Communicate course and process information clearly and coordinate next steps with interested families. • Keep enquiry records organized and follow up on pending cases.Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in admissions or sales is preferred, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced educational environment and communicate confidently with students, parents, and colleagues.Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are important, along with counselling and sales skills. The role benefits from knowledge of student admission and enrolment processes, lead follow-up, customer relationship management, record keeping, and administrative reporting.
