Account Manager-Aviation Partner Solutions

Transguard Group is recruiting an Account Manager for Aviation Partner Solutions in Dubai. The position maintains customer and partner relationships while coordinating service delivery, resolving concerns and tracking performance across aviation-related solutions. It requires dependable follow-through, clear communication and the ability to connect customer expectations with operational teams so that agreed services are delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned aviation partners and serve as a reliable point of coordination for service matters.
• Understand partner objectives, review account needs and coordinate appropriate operational responses.
• Track service performance, outstanding actions, customer feedback and risks that could affect the relationship.
• Work with operations, support and commercial teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain account plans, meeting notes and performance reports, ensuring commitments and next steps are documented.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen service, improve satisfaction or expand the partner relationship where appropriate.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring account management, client service, aviation support or related operations experience.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building, coordination and problem-resolution skills.
• Be organised, commercially aware and comfortable communicating with both customers and delivery teams.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
