Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and People and Organisation colleagues to understand organisational needs and workforce priorities.
• Support organisation design, role clarity, capability development and change initiatives aligned with business direction.
• Use workforce and people insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improving team effectiveness.
• Coordinate people programmes, stakeholder communication and action plans across relevant functions.
• Monitor progress against agreed priorities and provide clear updates, recommendations and follow-up actions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in human resources, organisation development, workforce strategy or people partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with leaders on sensitive organisational matters.
• Analytical thinking, communication skills and sound judgement when handling employee information.
