Regional Account Manager – Christofle

The Regional Account Manager - Christofle role builds productive relationships and supports the organisation’s commercial, brand or stakeholder objectives. The colleague will coordinate activity carefully, communicate clearly and turn opportunities into well-managed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partners, accounts, media contacts, government stakeholders or internal teams as relevant to the role.
• Coordinate plans, meetings, activations, communications, documentation and follow-up.
• Track commitments, performance and open actions, escalating risks and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals or updates that support sound decisions and consistent execution.
• Represent the business professionally while protecting service quality, brand standards and confidentiality. Additional focus includes build and develop relationships with leading hotel groups, owners, developers, restaurant groups, procurement companies, architects, interior designers and decorators; identify new projects and commercial opportunities across the gcc; coordinate the full client journey from prospecting and initial discussions through presentations, tenders, negotiations, contracting and delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in partnerships, account management, public relations, communications or stakeholder-facing work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation, commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.

Employment Details
