People Director – Level Shoes

The People Director will lead the people agenda for Level Shoes, connecting business priorities with an engaging, high-performing employee experience. The role partners with leaders on organisation, talent, performance, capability and culture while keeping people practices practical and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on workforce priorities, organisation effectiveness, talent and succession.
• Lead people planning, performance, engagement, development and employee relations activities.
• Use people data and business insight to guide decisions, identify risks and measure progress.
• Build trusted relationships with retail, corporate and specialist teams, supporting change and growth.
• Champion inclusive culture, strong communication, manager capability and consistent people processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in a sizeable, customer-led or retail organisation.
• Strong commercial judgement, people expertise, communication, coaching and stakeholder management.

Employment Details
