Public Area Attendant

The Public Area Attendant helps maintain Four Seasons Abu Dhabi's high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest-facing spaces and assigned rooms. The position combines detailed cleaning, service awareness and attention to guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, dust and sanitize assigned guest rooms and public-facing areas according to hotel procedures.
• Perform room-attendant duties in occupied and check-out rooms when assigned.
• Provide turndown service and help maintain a polished guest environment.
• Identify opportunities to personalize service and respond courteously to guest needs.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and maintain organized work areas.
• Complete additional housekeeping projects as directed by housekeeping leadership.

Requirements

• At least one year of similar experience in a luxury brand is preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, dependable attitude and a willingness to support changing operational needs.
