Guest Room Attendant

The Guest Room Attendant maintains guest rooms and, where applicable, private residences to Four Seasons luxury standards. The role requires precision, efficient cleaning routines and a strong focus on presentation, guest comfort and replenishment of amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms or private residences, including floors, bathrooms, mirrors, furniture and other surfaces.
• Vacuum, dust and sanitize rooms according to established procedures.
• Replenish amenities, supplies and linens accurately.
• Inspect work carefully and correct presentation issues before rooms are released.
• Respect guest privacy and communicate maintenance or service concerns to supervisors.
• Work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality, hygiene and attention to detail.

Requirements

• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a five-star luxury hotel is preferred for the Dubai role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work on foot for extended periods and follow flexible hospitality schedules.
