Retail, Food & Beverage Manager

Job Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for a to join as a Manager – Retail, Food & Beverage in WaterPark at Dubai Parks and Resorts part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee the full F&B operation including dining services, kitchen production, and menu development.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team including service staff and culinary professionals.
• Develop and implement food safety, quality, and service standards aligned with DHE policies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for promotions, events, and guest campaigns.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage procurement strategies. - Ensure compliance with HACCP, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews of guest feedback, hygiene audits, and operational metrics.
• Drive innovation in service delivery and food offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
• 6–8 years in food and beverage operations, with 3–5 years in senior leadership roles including both service and kitchen management
• Strong financial acumen and budget control experience
• Expertise in culinary and F&B service operations
• HACCP and food safety management
• Strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement
