Laundry Attendant

Responsible for the distribution, tracking, and inspection of employee uniforms, ensuring they meet company cleanliness and quality standards. Supports inventory control and maintains accurate records to uphold uniform availability and presentation across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute clean uniforms to employees based on company requirements
• Record issuance and return of uniforms; update inventory logs accordingly
• Inspect uniforms for cleanliness, wear, and damage; remove and replace substandard items
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory counts of uniforms and linens
• Organize and store uniforms efficiently to ensure easy access and tracking
• Communicate professionally with staff and respond to uniform-related inquiries

General Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety, hygiene, and security procedures
• Report safety concerns, injuries, or incidents to the manager
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality standards
• Work cooperatively with other team members to meet service goals
• Stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, twist, and move items up to 25 lbs throughout shifts

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: No prior experience required (training provided)
• Supervisory Experience: None
