Role Overview

• Focused on delivering memorable guest experiences by ensuring rooms and hotel spaces are impeccably clean, well-stocked, and welcoming
• Performs a variety of housekeeping tasks including room cleaning, public space upkeep, restocking carts, and fulfilling guest service requests
• Responsible for maintaining the visual and hygienic standards of the entire property
• Empowers staff to take initiative and act independently to maintain guest satisfaction
• Adheres strictly to safety protocols, confidentiality policies, and brand quality standards
• Maintains a professional appearance and communication style at all times
• Requires physical stamina and hands-on work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and moving continuously during shifts
• Contributes directly to guest comfort and hotel reputation through consistent, detail-oriented service
