🔑 Core Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks across guest rooms and hotel common areas
• Proactively deliver guest requests with courtesy and efficiency
• Stock and organize supplies on carts to support daily operations
• Maintain the hotel’s aesthetic and hygiene standards consistently
• Uphold company protocols, including safety, confidentiality, and quality procedures
• Present a polished appearance and communicate professionally at all times
• Adapt to new responsibilities as needed to support hotel operations

• Remain on the move—standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
• Engage in hands-on work including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds independently
• Reach overhead, bend, twist, and stoop to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain stamina and agility across various areas of the hotel
