General Mechanic (Multi-Skilled)

• Checking and replenishing oil and fluid levels
• Monitoring tire pressure and wear
• Charging batteries and replacing spark plugs
• Conducting preventive maintenance on tools and equipment (cleaning, lubrication)
• Maintaining inventory of maintenance parts and supplies
• Keeping accurate daily logs of operations, test results, malfunctions, and safety activities

🧰 Technical Expertise

• Inspect, maintain, and repair LPG-operated kitchen appliances: burners, griddles, water heaters, ovens, boilers, fryers
• Perform preventive maintenance on laundry equipment (steam-operated washers, dryers, ironing machines)
• Conduct gas welding for refrigeration systems and electrical arc welding in plant rooms
• Carry out structural welding and custom fabrication work
• Troubleshoot and service mechanical machinery in the Maintenance Department
• Diagnose and repair boiler system faults
