Your role goes far beyond delivering food and clearing tables. You will help craft a welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable atmosphere where guests feel cared for throughout their visit.

Whether you’re setting tables, engaging warmly with guests, relaying information to the kitchen, or ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of your station — your focus will always be on delivering service with warmth, precision, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest dining experience.
  • Greet and interact with guests in a genuine and professional manner.
  • Set up tables and maintain workstations in a clean and organized fashion.
  • Serve food and beverages with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate guest needs and special requests clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation before service.
  • Assist with side work, restocking supplies, and general cleanliness of the service area.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and with a positive attitude, escalating to supervisors as needed.
  • Support other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance (and up to 50 pounds with assistance).
  • Flexibility to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Some previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Supervisory Experience: Not required.
  • License/Certifications: None required.
