Job Description:
\nPatient Service Associate plays a crucial role in facilitating patient care and administrative functions, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
\nJob Responsibilities:
\n1. To provide clerical and operational support
\n2. Reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing, enquiries, and reporting.
\nRequirements:
\nCompetency
\n1. Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others.
\n2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
\nEducational and Professional Requirements
\n1. GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
\n2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
\n3. Able to work staggered working hours to follow clinic opening hours
\n(7.45am-5.15pm /8.00am-5.30pm /8.30am-6.00pm /9.00am-6.30pm /9.30am-7.00pm)
\n4. Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at following locations (Outram - Health Promotion Board/ Queenstown Polyclinic & Geylang Polyclinic) when necessary
