Description
Assess functional abilities and deliver individualized occupational therapy to help clients develop independence in daily activities, participation, and adaptive skills. This full-time opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver reliable, professional service in line with organizational policies and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete functional assessments and identify physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental barriers to daily living.
- Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans based on client needs and measurable outcomes.
- Deliver therapeutic activities to improve fine motor skills, self-care, sensory regulation, coordination, and functional participation.
- Recommend adaptive strategies or equipment and educate families and caregivers on carryover activities.
- Document sessions and progress, review goals regularly, and collaborate with the wider care team.
Requirements and Qualifications
Female Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, professional conduct, and the ability to follow established procedures.
