Description
Provide individualized nutrition assessment and care for people with additional support needs, promoting safe, practical, and appropriate dietary outcomes. This full-time opportunity is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver reliable, professional service in line with organizational policies and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status, dietary history, feeding concerns, clinical needs, and relevant growth or health indicators.
- Develop and review individualized nutrition care plans and practical meal or dietary recommendations.
- Work with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support safe feeding and consistent nutrition practices.
- Monitor outcomes, document interventions, and adapt plans according to progress and changing needs.
- Provide clear nutrition education while observing clinical guidance, food safety, and professional standards.
