Waiter / Waitress

Kitopi is seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter / Waitress in Dubai to deliver a professional dining experience from guest arrival through payment. The role involves welcoming customers, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, responding to requests and maintaining clean service areas. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant, communicating with kitchen and bar teams and using POS systems. A positive attitude, attention to detail and customer-focused approach are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations where appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests during meals and respond to service needs.
• Handle complaints and requests with patience and professionalism.
• Process cash and card payments and issue receipts.
• Keep tables, chairs and service areas clean and organized.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to support timely service.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic mathematics skills for cash and POS handling.
